To process your registration for the 2026 Global Mobility Conference (GMC), your personal information will be collected and used in accordance with the
Personal Information Protection Act. Please read the following information carefully before providing your consent.
1. Purpose of Collecting and Using Personal Information
The personal information collected will be used solely for the following purposes:
Processing conference registration and verifying participant identity
Providing conference-related information, including the program, announcements, and important updates
Managing conference operations and participant services
2. Personal Information Collected
The following personal information is required for registration:
Full name, organisation, department, job title, email address and mobile phone number
3. Method of Collection
Personal information is collected directly from participants through the online registration system at the time of registration.
4. Retention Period
The collected personal information will be retained for
one (1) year following the conclusion of the conference. After the retention period has expired, or once the purpose of collection and use has been fulfilled, the information will be securely destroyed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
5. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
For the effective operation of the conference and participant management, the collected personal information will be shared with
MICEPT Co., Ltd., the
Professional Conference Organizer (PCO) for the conference, and
Differoute, the company responsible for on-site registration management.
These organizations will use the personal information solely for the purposes of conference operation and participant management and will not use or disclose it for any other purpose except where required by applicable law.
6. Right to Refuse Consent
You have the right to refuse consent to the collection and use of your personal information. However, if you do not provide your consent, you will not be able to complete your registration for the
2026 Global Mobility Conference.
7. Consent to Photography, Video Recording, and Use of Likeness
Photographs and video recordings may be taken during the conference for documentation, publicity, promotional, educational, and archival purposes.
By participating in the conference, you acknowledge and agree that your image, voice, or likeness may appear in photographs, video recordings, live streams, or other conference-related materials produced by the conference organizers without additional notice or compensation.
